Steam Plant Renovation –Phase I – EQUIPMENT PURCHASE ONLY

Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:

The complete procurement of the following steam boiler-related equipment, per the RFP information, attached forms, & drawings:

• (2) new 750-hp fire-tube steam boilers;

• (1) new economizer for the existing 500-hp fire-tube steam boiler;

• (3) new blowdown separators; and

• (1) new blowdown recovery unit.

Please use the included Bid Form, along with a completed MBE-WBE-VBE Participation Report, when submitting your Proposal. Include all associated equipment submittals & Bill of Material with the proposal submission. Include a separate detailed description of the scope and limitation of the project on your company’s letter head.
