Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:
New Landscaping & Underground Irrigation at the New Center for Health Sciences building on the campus of Vincennes University, Vincennes, IN.
Method of Bidding:
1. Contract 1: Landscape Construction.
A. Provide price per Plant Area and per Tree Area (See Bid Form).
2. Contract 2: Underground Irrigation Construction.
A. Provide price per Irrigation Section (See Bid Form).
B. Unit Price 1: Polymer Concrete Valve Box.
3. Contract 3: Unified Bid (combined Landscape Construction and Irrigation Construction).
B Provide price per Plant Area and per Tree Area (See Bid Form).
C. Provide price per Irrigation Section (See Bid Form).
D. Unit Price 1: Polymer Concrete Valve Box.
Please include the following when submitting your Proposal:
1. A completed Bid Form[s] (included with these RFP documents)
2. A completed MBE-WBE-VBE Participation Report (included with these RFP documents).
3. Also include a separate detailed description of the scope and limitations of the work on your company’s letterhead.
Substitutions:
1. Any substitutions of specified trees, plants, materials, sizes shall be fully noted and explained on the Bidders separate detailed description of the scope and limitations.
All prices must include all materials included on the Plants & Materials List and all additional materials required for installation.
The Owner reserves the right to modify the final installation, working with the awarded Bidder.
