Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:
Your Base Bid Proposal is to modernize one (1) existing three-stop hydraulic passenger elevator located inside Marie Elizabeth Godare Residence Hall, on the Vincennes campus. See project summary below.
Bidder shall provide the following Alternate Bids
• Alternate Bid #1 (adder) to replace the Elevator Cab Interior as specified in the project summary below.
• Alternate Bid #2 (adder) to replace the Elevator Cab Door as specified in the project summary below.
• Alternate Bid #3 (adder) to replace the Hoistway Hatch Doors as specified in the project summary below.
On site elevator work to start as early as May 13, 2024. All on site work, including inspections, shall be completed no later than August 2, 2024.
On site work to be coordinated with any other contracts/construction work (restroom finishes, entry/egress doors, misc. flooring).
