Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:
Base Bid: The complete Laser Grading of the Jerry Blemker Field dirt infield, at the V.U. Baseball Complex, near the campus of Vincennes University, Vincennes, IN.
Alternate Bid #1: Provide & install new synthetic turf system at home plate circle area.
Alternate Bid #2: Provide & install new synthetic turf system at home plate halo area.
Alternate Bid #3: Provide & install both new synthetic turf system home plate circle and halo areas at the same time.
The Athletic Field Services Contractor shall provide all equipment and materials required to complete the work, unless noted otherwise, specified on the attached drawings and per the following information included in this RFP cover letter.
The Athletic Field Services Contractor shall have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in collegiate baseball field construction/maintenance.
