TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Vincennes University, (hereinafter called the “Owner”), invites quotes for the Updike Hall – NEW WHITE BOARDS at Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana. Proposals may be faxed, emailed or hand delivered to the Office of Architectural Services and Facilities, 817 N. Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana, by no later than 2:00 PM local time, on Thursday, June 20, 2024.
2. Vendor shall refer to the included drawing and specification for additional information.
3. Vendor shall include all shipping & handling costs in their quote.
4. Vincennes University is exempt from sales tax. The successful bidder will be given tax ID’s and exemption forms.
5. Vincennes University reserves the right to modify or cancel this RFQ at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the respondents.
6. Vincennes University reserves the right to reject any or all quotes received.
7. The selected vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
8. If applicable, the selected vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance coverage.
