Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:

The complete removal, repair/installation of a concrete patio per the following RFP information, attached forms and drawings.

Vincennes University, (hereinafter called the “Owner”), invites proposals for the Jasper Administration Classroom Building Concrete Patio Repair at Vincennes University, Jasper, Indiana, on the bid form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Proposals may be faxed, emailed or hand delivered to the Office of Architectural Services and Facilities, 817 N. Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana, by 2:00 PM local time, on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

Please use the included Bid Form, along with a completed MBE-WBE-VBE Participation Report, when submitting your Proposal. Also include a separate detailed description of the scope and limitation of the project on your company’s letter head.
