Welsh Administration Building - Brick Remediation

Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:
Exterior Brick Remediation Work at the Welsh Administration Building, on the campus of Vincennes University, Vincennes, IN per the following RFP information, attached forms, specifications, and drawings.

Site Inspection and Pre-Bid Meeting: All bidders must inspect the site for existing conditions. Contact Jeremy Wild at 812-888-5309 or jwild@vinu.edu for access to the site.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held in the Architectural Services Office at 817 N. Second Street, on February 28, 2023, at 1:00 PM EST (Vincennes time). All bidders, both prime contractors and sub-contractors are urged to attend for the purpose of clarifying the meaning and intent of the drawings and specifications.
