Vincennes University is requesting proposals for the following:
The complete Site work and prep for installation of new High Tunnel Greenhouse Structure per the following RFP information, attached forms and drawings.
Please use the included Bid Form, along with a completed MBE-WBE-VBE Participation Report, when submitting your Proposal. Also include a separate detailed description of the scope and limitation of the project on your company’s letter head.

Vincennes University, (hereinafter called the “Owner”), invites proposals for Vincennes University – Agricultural Center – High Tunnel Greenhouse Pad Installation at Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana, on the bid form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Proposals may be faxed, emailed or hand delivered to the Office of Architectural Services and Facilities, 817 N. Second Street, Vincennes, Indiana, by 2:00 PM local time, on Friday, December 14, 2022.
PREPARATION OF BID: Bids shall be executed in accordance with the provided bid form. The Contractor shall acknowledge all addenda on bid form. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, in both words and figures.
Site Inspection: All bidders may inspect the site for existing conditions. Contact Jeff Webber at 812-888-4037 or email Chuck Haxton at chaxton@vinu.edu for access to the site.
